Senior, Chloe Seal, works as a barista at Haven Cafe near campus. With final's week over and college winter break officially started, she expects business to be slow. She never accounts for the handsome, yet mysterious new customer, to become the highlight of her days.

Jason Chase visits Haven Cafe every weekday morning at the same time and places the same order - peppermint mocha. What starts off as a place to write his magazine article on dating trends, soon becomes his source of duplicity.

The klutzy barista has captured Jason's attention. Chloe doesn't go a day without spilling something, but it only makes her that much more endearing. Unbeknownst to her, they have more than peppermint mocha in common.
